He used tariffs,
long overdue on China,

a monstrous CASH surplus.
And then he specifically allocated this CASH,
not borrowed money,
first, directly to the farmers,
and then to other specific
national infrastructure projects;
roads, bridges, ports, railroad.
NOT internet.
It shows the complete ignorance
of the Biden administration,
and the gullibility of anyone who believes it, including the fake news,
that Internet is infrastructure. It is NOT.
In fact,
expanding internet
just puts MORE pressure;
overuse and wear and tear,
on the existing infrastructure
(roads, bridges, ports, RR).
And on top of that,
Internet is mostly fake,
manipulated information.
To make things even worse,
borrowing money during wartime
means high risk,
and that means high interest rates.
But that is the perfect time for
declaring demurrage (holding charges)
on The US Dollar,
most importantly
The PAPER US Dollar,
which would flush out all of the China CASH, and all of the hidden CASH used by
The Human Slave Trafficking Business.
It would also drain
The DC Swamp.
Do you know how much CASH
is actually ‘out there’?
Nobody does.
