By Khawla Hassan - The official Syrian news agency SANA reported today that Clashes erupted between the Syrian Army and the Turkish forces near the villages of al-Manakh and al-Mahmudiya in Tal Tamr northern countryside.

SANA claimed that Turkish forces and their allies of Syrian factions looted power transformers from the villages of al-Ahras, al-Arba’in, al-Saoda in the countryside of Ras al-Ayn and stole pharmacies and shops of the villages of al-Manajir and al-Ameriya.
