Tayseer Khaled: Absence of accountability encourages Israel to continue committing crimes

Tayseer Khaled, member of the executive committee of the PLO , member of the Political bureau of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP), condemned the killing of four Palestinians in Salfit ( Omar Abu Leila ) Nablus ( Zaid al-Nouri and Raed Hamdan ) and in Bethlehem ( Ahmed Manasrah )

He added that Israeli army eases pressure on the trigger in dealing with Palestinian citizens at the road intersections in the West Bank and in the streets of their cities, and commits these crimes for  an inherent tendency in the consciousness and behavior of its leaders , who act in this way under the influence of extreme right-wing mobilization exercised by all right-wing parties involved in the Israeli  government.

He stressed that the occupation army continues to commit these crimes encouraged by the political level in Israel and is in a state of reassurance that it can escape from accountability and justice through the support provided by the US, which proves day after day blind bias to the expansionist and aggressive policy of the Government and double standards and weakness of world conscience, which succumbed to these abnormal and criminal practices of the Israeli forces against Palestinian citizens under occupation.

Khaled called on UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterich to assume his responsibilities and to play a role in pushing UN institutions to intervene and provide international protection for Palestinian citizens under occupation ,

He called on at the same time ICC prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda for opening judicial investigation to Israeli war crimes and crimes against humanity in accordance with the Rome Statute establishing the Court to prevent Israel committing more crimes and continues to escape from accountability and bring the perpetrators  before international justice.
