In the age of weapons of mass destruction, the Muslim world has acquired an unrivalled weapon: an Islamic demographic cluster bomb. The Islamic Sharia tenet “marriage is half of faith” (الزواج نصف الدين), promotes the notion that through marriage, sin is avoided, an argument also used in favour of polygamy. This teaching, unique to Islam, implies that half of religion is also procreation.
By Nadia Ahmad
The Islamic Prophet encouraged procreation, declared that large progeny is a blessing, and advocated the worship of Allah. The ramification of marriage and breeding being half of religion is the second half being overpopulation and poverty, demoting modern living standard considerations when family planning.
The Islamic mode de vie is relatively frugal. Clothing expenditure is contained, as Islamic clothes exist outside modern fashion standards. Nutriment and dietary standards within Islamic society are culturally unique. As long as food is halal and the prayer “bismillah” is offered, it is sanctified for religious consumption, the sole purpose being to satiate hunger. The primary education of Muslim children is spiritual, with modern academic standards secondary, normal within a religion which views Sharia as sacred and containing all necessary guidance.
Islamic wives serve as ideological machines with an allegiance to their husbands, through whom they receive sex and ideological validation. The “hadith” on fruitful conception has determined the role of Muslim women as breeders of ideological units, Muslim bodies.
Poorer Muslims operate with the same procreation ideology as their wealthy counterparts. Low socioeconomic status does not lead to declining birth rates, as religiously sanctioned ideological procreation is the principal drive. It is the religious duty of Muslims to populate the earth, not only towns and cities.
Nature conservation and animal rights are secondary within an ideology which views the world and its resources in the service of the “Muslim Prophet” Adam and his lineage of Muslim homosapiens. Only once Muslims settle in an area does it become “Ma’moura”, inhabited.
The Prophet Muhammad was an expansionist, dubbing every Muslim a member of the transnational “ummah”. Muslims inherit citizenship in this “nation” and adhere to the notion of holy immigration, “takfir w al hijra”, where the sacred Muslim immigrant is bound to spread Allah’s word, leading to Islamic ghettos across Europe.
Conversion into Islam is straightforward, reciting the “shahada” being sufficient in the eyes of Islam, Allah, and Muhammad. The shahada reciter immediately acquires membership into the brotherhood, the ease of conversion making Islam an open social unit, willing to accept converts en masse. Through ideological seeding and fruitful conception, the Islamic demographic cluster bomb will be a tool of mass sociopolitical transformation.
The Muslim Boule de Neige
The political and economic implications of unchecked population growth within Muslim societies remain unaddressed. In the mid-1970s, the Egyptian population was approximately 35 million; by 2020, it had reached 110 million, a 214% increase. The population increased by approximately 4 million annually. In 1960, Syria had 4.7 million people; by 2020, it had reached 21 million, a 347% increase.
Geographical limitations do not deter Islamic reproduction. Gaza (365 square km) is home to 2.2 million people, whereas Israel (approximately 20,000 square km) has 10 million. Overpopulation directly contributes to poverty, an economic reality in many Muslim nations. Increased poverty rates do not halt birth rates either. In 2004, 10% of Iraqis lived beneath the poverty line, the number rising to 32% by 2020 alongside a 52% population increase. Ideologically driven breeding does not account for political or economic implications.
This is further aggravated by Islamic revolts against secular or socialist regimes, consistently replaced by Islamist governments. In 2005, after the fall of Saddam Hussein and the secular Ba’ath party, the constitution was rewritten, and Iraq declared an Islamic state. In 2024, the Syrian constitution was rewritten after the fall of the secular regime of President Bashar al-Assad, declaring Syria an Islamic state. In 2004, the Iraqi population was approximately 27.6 million, rising to 42.1 million by 2020, a 52% increase in 15 years.
Studies have suggested a negative relationship between societal secularism and fertility behaviour at the individual and national level. Religious women have more children than secular women, a global trend consistent within Islamic communities.
The inference is that secular regimes, which contribute to the secularisation of society, are replaced by Islamist governments, contributing to higher birth rates. Under Shah Reza Pahlavi in the 1970s, Iran held 29.1 million people, compared to 87 million in 2020, a 206% increase. Islamic birth trends under Islamic regimes are an observable trend based on population statistics, not a conspiracy.
In contrast, Switzerland’s population in 1970 was 6.2 million, reaching 8.6 million in 2020, a 39% increase. In the Netherlands, the estimated figure in 1970 was 13 million, reaching 17.4 million by 2020, a 34% increase. When in Europe, Syrians have continued their Islamic reproductive practices, taking over entire towns. Compared to Ukrainian refugees, whose displacement into central Europe did not lead to a population surge which overtook the birth rates of their host countries, one must ask why?
Muslim refugees in Europe continue procreating at high levels, expecting Western governments to find political and economic solutions to accommodate them. One must ask why non-Muslim Palestinian or Armenian refugees do not behave the same way.
No political system can sustainably support this population trend. Figures such as Geert Wilders in the Netherlands, Marine Le Pen in France and Alice Weidel in Germany have been vilified for demanding an urgent solution.
Paradoxically, deportation is antithetical to the Muslim mind, as Islamic migration Islamises land, surpassing the jurisdiction of governments. In Islam, when Adam first set foot on Earth, it belonged to his lineage. In the same way, when the descendants of Muslim Adam step on any land, it belongs to the Islamic ummah.
Islamic Communism: The 21st-century U.S.S.R.
The U.S.S.R. spread communism and poverty based on a cultivated political ideology which sought to proliferate the proletariat. Muslim expansionism is not the result of a political agenda supported by an ideological central government and political manifesto, but of Islamic teachings and the “fitrah” of individual Muslims. “Fitrah”, the natural intelligence of humans, is a reversion to man’s primal state, allowing biological urges and instinct to guide. In his primal state, man seeks to eat and reproduce, once shelter is secured.
Once a Muslim refugee acquires a room, he has acquired a residence fit for a bourgeoning family. To the refugee, a mattress is conceptually akin to a bedroom, as Islamic societies are not privacy-oriented.
The collectivist nature of “extended families” discourages privacy and individualism in favour of collectivist practices, as exemplified by the Mormon lifestyle, which is adhered to by billions. The phrase “get a room” takes on a literal sense in Muslim refugee families, where tents are symbolic nests of reproduction.
In Muslim countries, it is common to see a family of five on a Vespa, implying that acquiring a Vespa is akin to securing transportation for the entire family. The danger of religious ideology is that it is a doctrine of humility. Combining humility with a dogmatic desire to reproduce has led to an exponential rise in birth rates, with little consideration of individual or collective living standards.
To Muslims, the world needs only to be populated, as civilisation is composed of people, not thought or technology. This belief posits that humans constitute civilisation as a lineage from Adam. Biblical Adam was rebranded by Islam into Muslim Adam, the first Islamic procreation machine, bypassing the symbolic story of Adam, Eve, and the tree of knowledge; the tree of knowledge became an extended family tree.
China, India, Islam
In communist China, procreation is encouraged across economic levels. Demographic prosperity trumps economic prosperity, as Chinese individuals function as unit workers in the massive factory which is China. In 1970, China had 823 million people; by 2020, it had reached 1.4 billion, a 70% increase, despite being roughly the same size as the US.
The Ming Dynasty has been replaced by a proletariat-based closed communist ideology, with a Chinatown erupting in every major city worldwide, to accommodate the expanding Chinese population, as China profits from the liberal open-door migration policy of the West.
The Hindus, to whom the world is Maya (illusion), have reproduced at Egyptian-style rates. In the 1970s, India had a population of 546 million; by 2020, it had reached 1.4 billion, a 156% increase. The spirituality central to Hinduism has created a similar phenomenon as the communist Chinese and ideological Muslims, a doctrine of poverty. Hindus have their own, spiritually oriented version of “fitrah”.
Spiritual inclinations have not prevented Hindus from breeding at rates which contradict the spirituality they promote. Now, Western cities like London are overpopulated by Indian families, who are opening 24/7 minimarkets, not Ashrams. The West must realise that not every Indian immigrant is Osho or Krishnamurti.
The global accommodation of expansionist populations is leading to a “Clash of Civilisations”, with one perspective viewing people as the hallmark of civilisation and the other viewing civilisation as the hallmark of people. Vital space is being filled by overpopulation rather than by civilisation.
Western culpability lies in their continued opposition to secular regimes in Muslim-majority countries. Western interference almost always leads to replacing secular leaders with Islamicists. President Joe Biden withdrew from Afghanistan, leaving the Taliban in charge, leading to an influx of Afghan refugees seeking to escape Islamic dictatorship.
The West continues to refer to the “other” world as the global south, as though lexicological designations will prevent the global south from overtaking the north through the proliferation of its population.
How much longer can the West hide behind sociopolitical jargon while mass migration is at the door? Just as in nature, the desert proliferates; the desertification of the West is a sociopolitical phenomenon that Western elites ignore, believing they have tamed and encapsulated the Third World through a designation.
The West will be forced to swallow the global south capsule if they continue rationalising everything through ridiculous liberal immigration policies.
