In Gaza, there is no free press, just like in Russia, North Korea or China. And yet, every day, we receive reports from Gaza as if objective observers have verified their truthfulness. Still, every news bite that comes from Gaze, we believe, and we collectively feel guilty and upset after reading. It is all a farce.

Russian propaganda is avoided like the plague, but in the West, Hamas is allowed to pollute the media daily, just as this terrorist organisation has done in Gaza for decades. The result in the West: Jews are seen as inherently evil. While in Gaza, the highest values are killing Jews and dying as a martyr.
This past weekend, according to our media, eighteen people in Gaza died of malnutrition. Not seventeen or nineteen, but exactly eighteen. This figure comes from Hamas. There is no independent body in Gaza capable of verifying such numbers.
Even if it were true—which would mean quite a leap into a fantasy world—it is almost sure that the malnutrition was caused by something other than a lack of food. Even without war, people get sick or die of different reasons, like old age. These figures don't exist in the world of our fake mainstream media.
The effect of uncritically repeating Hamas propaganda is that the media consumer becomes convinced that Jews are inherently evil. These descendants and heirs of the worst industrial mass slaughter in history are said to be starving poor Palestinians and then luring the starving to food distribution points to be shot at "by Israeli tanks, snipers, and other gunfire," according to another oh-so-neutral source: the UN World Food Programme.
Jewish young men murdering unarmed people begging for food? What's wrong with the DNA of these Jews? You might even conclude that Adolf Hitler should have finished his work, right?
Hamas also reported that this past weekend, eighty people were shot dead by the Israeli army at UN food trucks. Those sneaky Jews thought this through, you might feel as an average reader: people are hungry, food is arriving, and the snipers are waiting. Sounds like something Jews would do, right?
You also see a false equivalency emerging in this coverage—then you read that "accusations are being exchanged," and the viewer no longer knows: who is right, who is wrong? A modern democratic country with fierce, free, anti-government media is falsely equated with a tyrannical terrorist organisation led by jihadists.
The food situation in Gaza had already been dramatically bad for years. While tens of thousands of Gazans worked themselves to the bone above and below ground in preparation for the final war against the Jews, 64.4 per cent of the population in Gaza suffered from moderate to severe food insecurity in 2020, according to the Food Security Information Network, and had to be fed by NGOs.
The same NGOs that saw billions of euros disappear into tunnels and Qatari bank accounts, as we know now. A topic that barely made it into our trusted mainstream media.
This was the choice made by the vast majority of Gazans: they prepared for a massacre of Jews while simultaneously being served meals by international aid organisations. There was hardly a family without a son, nephew, or uncle training for the big attack on the Jews.
Not Singapore, not Dubai, but the Ultimate Massacre was the goal of the Gazan population. And our NGOs, with Western government funding, supported that with food, education filled with Jew-hatred, and healthcare that was envied elsewhere in the Arab world.
Then came the ritual murders on October 7, 2023. Killing, raping, and mutilating took place with the sadistic pleasure that comes from the darkest depths of the human spirit. Jihadists perform these acts blissfully and with devotion when they can dominate, humiliate, and mutilate the weak.
In the Israeli border villages, they had a morning and afternoon on October 7 to do so, and the most gruesome footage—which the jihadists themselves recorded as war trophies—is still withheld from the public by the Jews. Driven by tribal and Islamist passions, these jihadists see torture and beheading as sacred acts. ISIS and Hamas have shown this to the world.
In southern Syria, mass killings and atrocities are now taking place that surpass even those of October 7. Even now, with the massacres of Druze, you see the frenzied satisfaction that jihadists experience when they can mutilate.
No Jews are involved there, although some Israel-haters do everything they can to blame the Jews. No. Islamists dedicate themselves to beheadings because it is their religious duty, for fourteen hundred years already.
Coincidentally, I know Jewish young men. Almost always, they are raised with a love for life and a profound desire to make the world a better and more beautiful place. They do not casually fire their tanks at starving people. They do not lie in wait as snipers to murder starving women and children.
Yet our obsessed mainstream media repeat Hamas's Jew-hating propaganda as if Hamas were a charity organisation rather than an obscene, death-glorifying killing machine.
A farce indeed.
